Safe Senders List

Help ensure that Cuyamaca emails are always delivered to your inbox. Log in to your email now and follow the steps below to add Cuyamaca College ( to your address book, contacts or “Safe Senders” list.

  1. Login to your gmail account and click on Settings in the top right corner.
  2. Click on the Filters tab on settings and at the bottom click on Create a Filter.
  3. Under From type in and hit [Next Step]
  4. Check the Never Send it to Spam box and save your filter.
Windows Live Hotmail
  1. Open your mailbox and click Options (upper right hand corner) and hit More Options.
  2. Under the Junk Email section click on Safe and blocked senders.
  3. Click on Safe Senders.
  4. Type in and hit Add to List
  1. Click Mail Menu and select Address Book.
  2. Wait for the Address Book window to pop up and then click the Add button.
  3. Wait for the Address Card for New Contact window to load.
  4. Type in, into the Other Email field.
  5. Make our from address the Primary Email address by checking the associated check box.
  6. Click the Save button.
  1. Open your mailbox and click on Mail Options (upper right hand corner).
  2. Select Filters.
  3. Click the Add link on the filters page.
  4. Update the From Header rule with the following two pieces of information: contains and
  5. Click the Choose Folder pull-down menu and select Inbox. Pick the Add Filter button.
Microsoft Outlook 2003-2007
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Preferences tab, click Junk Email.
  3. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
  4. In the Add Address field, enter
  5. Click OK.
Microsoft Office 2010
  1. On the ribbon in the Delete section, click Junk.
  2. In the Junk dropdown click Junk E-mail Options.
  3. Click the Safe Senders tab.
  4. Click Add...
  5. Type into the field.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click OK again to finish.
